Get into your orbit. In Lyra you will learn conditioning exercises for building foundational strength and flexibility as well as tricks, sequences and transitions in the air. Focus is on safe and effective technique, and finding movement that is accessible, challenging and fun. Class is 1.25 hours long and limited to 3 people, so you’ll get lots of personal attention. This class is open to all levels of experience. Come learn from the East Bay’s premier lyra instructor!
