Partner Stretching and Massage Workshop Join me for the final partner stretching and massage workshop of the year! In this two-part series, participants will learn learn partner stretching exercises to increase flexibility and relieve tension in the body. We will be focusing on our backs, legs and shoulders, and each stretch will include information about the muscular and skeletal system, and modifications to accommodate different bodies and physical needs. We will also be covering self-massage techniques using lacrosse balls, and a foam roller that are incredibly effective for personal care and muscle tension relief. All are welcome! 7:30 – 9:30pm Sundays December 9th and 16th $60 for both 2 hour workshops
